If You Want...

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

If You Want...

Translation of an Urdu treatise

"If you want happiness in your life ... engage in the Ibaadah (worship) of Allah Ta'ala on its time;

If you want peace in your life ... recite the Qur'aan Sharief regularly;

If you want brilliance on your face ... perform Tahajjud Salaah;

If you want good health ... observe the Sunnah / Nafl fasts;

If you are facing calamities ... do sincere Taubah and recite Istighfaar in abundance;

If you want your difficulties to come to an end ... read 'La haula wala quwwata illaa billaah', increasingly;

If you want freedom from your sorrows ... be consistent with Dua;

If you want Barakah in your life ... recite Durood Sharief in abundance;

If you want great thawaab without much effort ... share with others."

The Masjid

Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem

THE MASJID

The Masnoon Dua, which we read, when we enter the Masjid is:

“O Allah! Open the doors of Your Mercy.”

For these doors of mercy to open, we have to open the doors of the Masjid, which we closed.

In the House of Allah Ta’ala, is the mercy which we seek.

The Masjid is not the epi-centre of the virus; it is the epi-centre of Allah Ta’ala’s Mercy. It is not a super-spreader of the virus; it is a super-spreader of mercy.

It is a fallacy and falsification that when one is in Sajdah, one is most vulnerable to the virus, or that the Musalli, who attends the Masjid 5 times a day, 35 times a week, for Salaah, is a transmitter of the virus.

As Believers, we should not have any misgivings and doubts about the House of Allah Ta’ala, nor should we entertain reservations about making Sajdah, where we get to be closest to Allah Ta’ala.

In reality, it is the Masjid that is the solution to all our problems, including this virus.
